I was first guided to start listening to Solfeggio frequencies by the stones when I was downloading what would become my “Istaria Crystallis™️: Crystal Alchemy + DNA Light Coding” program. I’d sit in meditation while holding different crystals and let the solfeggio frequencies wash over and through me.

It was at times a mind-blowing experience.

It's in how we choose to face challenging times that defines us. And the truth as I see it is that the world needs people who make different choices.

As the summer unfolds with the upcoming solstice (or winter, depending on where you are), consider skipping out on the circles, gatherings, chants, rituals. Consider spending it quietly, in nature, with your soul, Spirit, and a sacred stone.

This is a conversation that comes up a lot in spiritual circles but is rarely brought to the fore: How do you come out as spiritual to the people in your life or community that may not be open or receptive to your beliefs?

It’s a reasonable deduction that if you are drawn to a particular crystal it’s because you need its energy medicine. But what if it has a hidden message for you instead?

We have a partial solar eclipse happening on Saturday April 30th at 18:45 UTC , and I’ve been feeling the churning this past week:

Shadow aspects, unhappy memories, frustrations, and discontents – it’s very like the eclipse to bring these things to the surface.

I journeyed to the Cailleach (Cal-y-ack) today for a client as part of my Soul Ascension program. An ancient Celtic goddess of power, wisdom, and the sacred darkness, the Cailleach is also known in other cultures as the crone, Hecate, or goddesses of the underworld.

I’ve been helping my client work on themes of ancestral healing, reclaiming ancestral power, and manifesting a more soul-centered and aligned life through Spirit and the stones.

When I first started channeling through the stones I was already familiar with their spirits, their teachings and wisdom, their Earth medicine.

What blew me away was that I would also encounter other spirits, or have visions of other mystical realms. That’s when the game really changed for me - that’s when the idea for my crystal mediumship program was born.

I know that channeling + journeying through crystals seems far out… But if you think about it:

Medicine people from cultures the world over have been doing this since ancient times: channeling and traveling through the gateways opened by crystals, herbs, sound frequencies, or movements to induce trance. And people the world over train in journey work because it helps them and their communities live healthier, more enriched lives.

I feel now more than ever that having a daily spiritual practice is not only necessary for your spiritual growth and wellbeing, but a healing practice that grounds light and high frequencies in this world. A daily practice with crystals doesn’t need to take a huge amount of time.

While crystals have an energy matrix and field, they also have a spirit and consciousness. They’re very like us in this respect. What they experience throughout their lengthy existence is imprinted into their consciousness and is retained in their light codes. They remember.

In ancient lore and mythology the dragon is the ultimate test: facing the dragon makes the hero great. In the stories of our lives, facing the dragon means facing your deepest fears or obstacles with the intention to overcome. It means facing YOU.

The sheer ferocity and invulnerability of the dragon also represents the power of your soul. You don’t ultimately slay the dragon, in overcoming its challenge you become it, you embody that power and more of your true self.

The human nervous system is a divinely designed system to communicate and channel information + energy. It receives, interprets, and responds to what’s happening in our internal and external environments. It is more than “just” a complex circuitry in the body, it is a conscious interface between ourselves, our world, and the Universe – it is what allows our souls to inhabit and animate our bodies and to function in our multi-dimensional existence.

In many ways grief in such a tender and sacred thing. We carry it with us like a fragile egg that breaks over and over again with a deep in-welling, and then outpouring, of pain and emotion. It comes in waves, and can leave us feeling unmoored, cast adrift, lost at sea without wanting to be found.In this week’s blog post I share some crystals that created this space for me, that helped carry my grief when I couldn’t alone, that helped bring comfort and faith and a solitary connection to Spirit.

I’ve always been fascinated by labyrinths. Mazes are puzzles that have many paths and possibilities, often complex and confusing (not unlike life, I grant you), but unicursal labyrinths have one path that will lead you to center. Keep following the path, and you will reach your goal.

This is a planet of abundance, and as we tap into that frequency which is high, light, and ever so juicy, on a spiritual level we instantly begin to feel nourished and fulfilled.
