I was first guided to start listening to Solfeggio frequencies by the stones when I was downloading what would become my “Istaria Crystallis™️: Crystal Alchemy + DNA Light Coding” program. I’d sit in meditation while holding different crystals and let the solfeggio frequencies wash over and through me.

It was at times a mind-blowing experience.

I know that channeling + journeying through crystals seems far out… But if you think about it:

One of the big lessons I think many of us took from 2020 was the necessity of being able to adapt and thrive. Change is the only constant, and so much feels beyond our control. And yet, there IS hope, opportunity, invention, innovation, and magnificent healing that is happening all over the world - right now.
