I was first guided to start listening to Solfeggio frequencies by the stones when I was downloading what would become my “Istaria Crystallis™️: Crystal Alchemy + DNA Light Coding” program. I’d sit in meditation while holding different crystals and let the solfeggio frequencies wash over and through me.

It was at times a mind-blowing experience.

To truly heal our relationship to the Earth, we have to make an effort to rejoin it, and that means consciously cultivating our relationships to the spirits of the land and nature that surround us.
