Alchemy was one of the ancient sciences that led to the modern practice of chemistry. The primary focus: to turn base metals into gold, or to discover the elixir for eternal life.
The spiritual practice of alchemy is metaphorical: an inner process by which we seek to free ourselves of ego, shadow, fear – the dross aspects of ourselves that we wish to change – and fully embody our higher or divine selves – the gold.
In crystal alchemy we engage with the spirits, consciousness, and energy of our crystals to help transform our darker aspects:
The fear that keeps us trapped
The negative thought loops that block us
The limiting beliefs that we are not capable or worthy
The resistance that leads to self-sabotage
The denial that keeps us from hearing our truth & following our intuition

WHAT YOU NEED
Required Materials
You will need each of the following crystals in any size, shape, or formation of your choice:
• Apophyllite
• Quartz (or a Lemurian seed quartz)
• Shungite
• Labradorite
• Black Obsidian
• Rose Quartz
• Selenite (satin spar or clear)
Substitutions: You can substitute any crystal with clear quartz to receive the transmission, or intuitively choose a different crystal from your keeping.

MEET YOUR TEACHER
KRISTA MITCHELL
Krista N. Mitchell is the author of “Crystal Reiki” and “Change Your Energy: Healing Crystals for Health, Wealth, Love, and Luck”.
For 15 years she was a full-time crystal reiki therapist and spiritual counselor in New York City before devoting her path to teaching and writing.
Her training programs are based on years of intensive field-work, successful case studies, and interweave quantum theory, psychology, and crystal alchemy to help effect deep levels of healing and transformation.
She lives in the Great Lakes area of Canada with her dogs, books, and crystals, and you can find her in her garden or out hiking in the woods when she’s not in her study.
