What is an Istaria Crystallis® session?
These sessions are a fusion of channelled spirit guidance and energy healing through crystals.
They are designed to help you get unstuck in your life, spiritually heal what’s holding you back, and provide you with the strategic guidance you need to move forward more fruitfully.
They are facilitated remotely (not in person) and are not limited to time or space.

Akashic Record Readings
The Akashic Records is a database encoded in light where the imprints and information of all existence are recorded. It is a realm in consciousness, but we also carry our own individual records in our DNA. In each session we can access your records to receive information on your current life and purpose, soul’s journey, past lives, future possibilities, and healing guidance.
Past Life Healing and Karmic Clearing
We access and explore the memories of your past lives to uncover any past traumas, patterns, contracts, or vows that may be affecting your current life experience in a negative way. We resolve or clear them. We can also reactivate the memory of positive past lives that can enrich your life now.
Ancestral healing and Clearing
We seek out any unresolved trauma patterns or limiting beliefs that have been passed down through the generations of your family, and that are holding you back or keeping you tethered to suffering. By resolving these patterns we break the cycles of pain and limitation, both for yourself and future generations.

We explore, spiritually heal, and integrate the parts of yourself that are hidden or repressed, often due to childhood wounding, that are causing you to experience chronic negative emotions, blocks, toxic relationships, or behaviours in your life.
