One of the many wonders of the spiritual path are those deep, mystical, spiritual experiences we sometimes have in meditation, ritual, or nature that changes our lives.

But Spirit is potent medicine, and sometimes after experiencing the wonders, forces, or touch of Creation, we’re left in a post-exhilaration slump that I call “the spiritual anti-climax”.

If you’ve ever felt down, tired, cranky, moody, unable to sleep well, or uncertain about who you are, your purpose, or your place in the world after a powerful spiritual experience (or since that solar eclipse!), then you’ve been in a spiritual anti-climax.

No matter what’s happening inside or out, my crystals are always a source of solace for me, their stable frequencies + gentle spirits have carried me through the worst of times. Here’s the vision I received on how to establish a cube in my aura and weave crystal light codes into the structure…

My first encounter with a crystal hologram was actually a decade ago: A friend of mine showed me a piece of fluorite that he was having difficulty clearing.

These memories, whether we're conscious of them or not, inform our feelings, behaviors fears and beliefs. Memories are subjective interpretations of events. So in ancestral healing, we can't change or edit the event, but: We CAN change the energy charge they carry.

I recently had the divine pleasure of being interviewed by Molly and Madison on their podcast “Demystifying Magic” (links inside), talking about crystals and consciousness, private rituals, and my early days as a healer in New York. They asked me this question: “What are the top 5 crystals you’d recommend for someone who is just starting their collection?”

I remember the first time a crystal opened a portal for me into the spirit world: I was sitting by a lake with a piece of staurolite (pictured above) and I dropped into trance. I felt mists come up around me, and I was transported to the isle of Avalon…

… The wisdom I've channeled from the crystal consciousness + my Lemurian ancestors is that our souls are infinite, that we've led many lifetimes on this planet, and the memory of all we've learned, experienced, healed, and yes also our karma and wounds, is carried in the light codes of our DNA…

Stone has memory, and as it bears witness to all life on this planet, it remembers. Rocks and stones are the bones of this Earth, and their energy + wisdom is deeply healing for us, especially during turbulent times… In turbulent times rock energy stabilizes us, revitalizes, nourishes our nervous system, and helps us feel grounded and secure.

The ancient Lemurians, who encoded the seed crystals, related to Water as its own entity, with spirit and consciousness, and worked with it as a conduit for healing, communication, and memory.

When I hold my Lemurian seeds under water they begin to sing - and the seeds still buried under earth or water sing back. It's like whale song or mermaid cries expressed in crystalline vibration.

There will always be more for us to heal, right? But I realized that if that was my sole focus I'd be stuck in that process for the rest of my life, without ever actually enjoying myself… Crystal alchemy is powerful medicine because it's transmutation and transformation. It's deep, conscious change. It's mining the gold, the treasure we carry within, and mastering our reality by patterning it outwards through our energetic fields.
